To expand international cooperation on public academic resources, PubScholar—the public academic platform developed by the National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences (NSLC)—officially signed a data cooperation agreement with Mongolia Journal Online (MongoliaJOL) in June 2026. Representatives from NSLC and MongoliaJOL, together with PubScholar team members, attended the signing ceremony.

Under the agreement, MongoliaJOL will provide ongoing metadata from 15 high-quality academic journals to PubScholar, facilitating open sharing of academic resources. This collaboration with Mongolia's leading academic platform will further enrich the shared network's resources and promote the dissemination and utilization of research outputs. Building on this data cooperation, both parties will expand collaboration in areas such as developing an open and intelligent academic ecosystem network.

As a public academic resource platform open to the global community, PubScholar adheres to the philosophy of extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits. It collaborates with research institutions, academic communities, and sci-tech information service providers at home and abroad to advance the development of a shared infrastructure network for open science, continuously integrate high-quality academic resources, and lower barriers to accessing research resources.
