On February 24, 2022, NSLC organized Library Space Construction serving Science and Technology Innovation.
Mr. Zhang Jia, librarian and chief engineer of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), standing Committee member of IIFL Architecture and Equipment Committee, was specially invited to deliver a keynote speech.

Library is an indispensable cultural and educational facility in people's life, work and study. In recent years, libraries around the world are exploring to promote library from hall "knowledge" to "city living room", from the "book" as the main body, to the transformation of the "knowledge service" as the main body, hope that through space transformation adjustment, more meet the demand of the modern reader group, promote the exchange of knowledge flow and innovation environment, stimulate vitality community and develop multicultural literacy of the readers.
