The  2025  World Internet Conference is held in Wuzhen, Zhejiang. PubScholar, the  public academic platform, developed by the National Science  Library,  CAS , was successfully selected into the "Outstanding Cases  of Jointly  Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace".

The  PubScholar  Public Academic Platform has aggregated 190 million pieces  of global  literature data, serving 190 countries and regions worldwide.  In 2025,  its global visits achieved significant growth, and the  attention from  new international users increased remarkably. This has  further expanded  its comprehensive influence in the fields of global  academic resource  sharing, scientific research collaboration, and  cyberspace services,  with its related practices attracting great  attention from the on-site  guests.
