On November 1st,2023,PubScholar( https://pubscholar.cn/ ) is officially launched at National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences(NSLC).

　　The PubScholar aims to provide high-quality public academic resources for China's science and technology community and the whole society, and to provide basic services including academic resource retrieval, content acquisition, exchange and sharing. The platform is mainly built by NSLC, Computer Network Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and China Science Publishing & Media LTD. It is supported by publishers, scientific and technological journals, scientific research institutions and a great number of researchers, and innovates the jointly development and sharing mode of academic resources. 

　　PubScholar integrates scientific and technological achievements resources, scientific and technological publication and academic sharing & exchange resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, academic resources allowed for integration in an open access environment, as well as academic resources authorized by agreement or other cooperative modes. About 170 million digital resources can be discovered and accessed, and about 80 million full text resources are available for free, including journal articles, dissertations, preprint articles, patent documents, information products, news, scientific data and books & monographs. 

　　In the launch ceremony,《Initiatives for timely open access of achievements from publicly funded researches》and《Invitation for cooperation and jointly development of PubScholar》 were announced.
