2023 Youth Forum on Information Resource Management and related Interdisciplinary Fields was held in National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences (NSLC) on July 8 to 9. More than 250 researchers and graduate deputies attended the forum.
The forum focused on “integration and development of information resource management and interdisciplinary fields”. More than one hundred of experts and young scholars majored in information and resource，computer science, and humanities disciplines of different universities and information service institutions got together on the forum. They exchanged on technology mining, digital humanities，open access, and etc. The forum launched more than a hundred reports, and built a new platform of sharing, communicating, cooperation and development. The attendees got together to discuss discipline building and talent development about the faced new environment, problems, challenges and missions of disciplinary research and new arising discipline integration. The forum had five sub-forums , carried out in various forms, such as main forum reports, invited talks on sub-forum, excellent paper sharing, poster presentations, special exhibition and etc.
