Responsible for research and development, operation and maintenance of knowledge service system, mainly including, 
    *  Organize research on knowledge service architecture and key technologies. 
    *  Research and develop knowledge service systems and tools. 
    *  Provide research and development of knowledge service technology and knowledge information computing service for application. 
    *  Organize promotion, operation and function upgrading of the important knowledge service system platform. 
    *  Undertake the node construction of the national scientific and technological literature long-term preservation system.
