Responsible for scientific communication services, mainly including,
    *  The planning, organization and coordination of popular science and cultural dissemination activities.
    *  Organize and coordinate the reception, operation and maintenance of the institute's scientific and technological innovation achievements exhibition.
    *  The planning, organization and implementation of itinerant exhibitions of scientific and technological achievements.
    *  Undertake the construction of academician library, collection of academic history data and research of academic history. 
    *  The planning, reception, operation and maintenance of the history exhibition.
