Responsible for intellectual property strategy research and service, mainly including, 
   *  Carry out patent strategy research of the institute and support services for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
   *  Organize and develop special intellectual property information services and establish an intellectual property information service platform.
   *  Organize and provide intellectual property training services.
