It makes the human resources development plan and the annual plan of the National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is also in charge of making, implementing, inspecting and evaluating related managementsystems. It organizes and coordinates the implementation of systems and policies in the human resources management and the construction of talents team between the National Science Library and local libraries.
