User Service Center

The Responsibilities of the User Service Center are as bellow:
• Provide subject information for research institutes and manage their demands
• Construct clients management system and use multiple channels to promote and market related knowledge products
• Organize science information retrieval trainings to elevate information literacy of researchers and graduate students
• Broaden knowledge service network, including local science academy of sciences, technology innovation centers, and science education service centers
• Build new media communication platform to promote related knowledge products and services

The User Service Center constituted by various teams, including team of research service and knowledge product promotion, team of technology innovation information service, team of new media and knowledge dissemination, team of client relationship management and business coordination, and the affiliated training center of information literacy and user service of CAS.
