In order to enrich the personal and academic life of students in the National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the 2017 Students’ New Year party of the National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences was held on December 17th, 2016 in the Lecture Hall.  Director of our library Huang Xiangyang, vice director of our library Liu Xiwen, vice director of our library Zhang Wei, the party secretary of our library He Lin, and other teachers, staff and students were present at the party.

    At the beginning of the party, we had an opening dance, which warmed the whole audience up. Then secretary He Lin made the new year’s speech. On the one hand, he expressed his best wishes to all the people, and on the other hand, he encouraged us to continue developing the spirit of studying hard by telling a lively story. After the speech, we received the new year’s wish from Lanzhou Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Chengdu Library and Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

    Then the party began. There were 13 programs totally, including sketching, dance, songs, chorus band playing and so on. In addition, we also had a lucky game time. Then, after a wonderful chorus contributed by the postgraduate student of 2015, the party came to an end. Finally, all workers of this party had a group photo taken to mark the occasion.

    With the hope of the New Year, the 2017 Students’ New Year party of the National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences came to a successful end.
